We're excited to announce a new and regular programming in our new(ish!) home at The Sanctuary. 

WEDNESDAY CO-WORKING MORNINGS 

This coming Wednesday, the 18th  and back again in the New Year

Join us each Wednesday for co-working: £5 for a drink and a spot at our communal desk.

It’s the perfect midweek reset, get out of the house, get focused, and connect with like-minded individuals. You can even squeeze in a sauna or a class before or after your workday.

SATURDAY'S SAUNA BRUNCH | Starting 13th DECEMBER 

We’ll also be introducing a monthly Sauna Brunch: start with a rejuvenating sauna session and cold plunge, then sit down to a nourishing brunch. Meet new people, be part of our new community, and keep the winter blues at bay with a dose of contrast therapy.
