Kali & Memby

Kali has worked for over 10 years as a freelance chef in which she travelled the world exposing herself to various cultures, growing her knowledge of food along with her travels. Kali’s love and appreciation for food was met with her empathy and care for animals, as well as the well-being of our planet which resulted in the creation of the best plant-based dishes. She has had a fascination with the way that food works with the body and trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, a school specialising in vegetarian health-supportive cooking. It is here that her style of cooking and passion for raw and organic food began.

We believe that building relationships with local growers and producers in and around London is imperative to maintaining an organic, plant-based slow food restaurant. Which is why working with Growing Communities, Wild Organics and Club Cultured has encouraged Kali’s enthusiasm and belief in the need to be more in touch with the origins of our food and the impact the food system has on our environment and our local community.

After working in the music industry for the last 20 years, Memby has a passion for making people happy and bringing them together through food and music. Working as a host at his favourite restaurant for years, his love for food and hospitality grew and it encouraged his desire and drive to work for something he believes in. We know for certain that you will leave Palm Greens feeling energised and happy as our integrated love for food and music creates only the best of experiences.

We hold high value in providing a sustainable and organic vegan food experience, which you can either enjoy in-house, in Arcade Fodd Hall London or through online orders to enjoy in the comfort of your home.
