About the Event

Palm greens is teaming up with JARR Kombucha to host an informative, fun & delicious afternoon in their cafe space in Netil House. 

The afternoon will start with a kombucha brewing masterclass held by JARR co-founder Adam Vanni where you'll learn about the history, science, health benefits and how to brew your very own kombucha. This will be followed by a multi course seasonal spread by Palm Greens, known for their veg led seasonal cooking with big fresh flavours influenced by their travels.

What is kombucha? 

Kombucha is fermented tea. In its simplest form, kombucha is a blend of tea, water, sugar, and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). These ingredients are brewed together and left to ferment in a warm environment for a period of time, leaving you with a delicious, refreshing and nutrient dense drink. 

Why JARR? 

JARR a local kombucha company that brews, bottles and packages everything by hand in their Hackney Wick warehouse space. 

What's included  : 

- A 1 hour JARR kombucha masterclass where you'll learn everything you need to know about the booch!

- A 1 litre glass jar, organic tea, sugar, recipe sheet and all other kombucha brewing materials 

- A sit down 3 course lunch, including small bites & sit down sharing platters & dessert.
